a wee bit about me
Hello, I'm Kirsten - the girl behind Kirsten Mairi Photography. I'm a friendly, relaxed wedding photographer who firmly believes that your wedding should feel like you : full of personality, a little bit chaotic and completely unforgettable. I'm here for all the big moments, but I'm especially obsessed with the little ones : big belly laughs, happy tears, wild dance floors, and all the wonderfully silly stuff that happens when you get all your favourite people in one room together. Simply put, I enjoy taking happy photographs for happy people.
I am a mum to my two completely feral little girls; a partner to my handsome man; and a dog mum to my two big doggy girls. So when I'm not photographing your beautiful carnage, I'm very happily living in my own. And to keep my personal life a little spicy, I enjoy regular margaritas and tacos, spending as much time at the beach as humanly possible, partaking in the odd blue light run, and starting never-ending reno projects to breathe life back into our 130 year old home.
